What’s been happening at SMG this year:
We need to Congratulate Jeremy Davis, Jesse Horton, and Shayne McCormick for passing the Superintendent Certification in Procore.
Cliff Gilliam has been busy in Arizona. This year he has received his Nicet Level 2, Cerberus Pro, CR-67 low voltage, Extinguishing Basics and ABME (Arizona business management).
Our SMG Soccer Team won the championship. Way to go everyone!!
We have contracted $3,576,274.00 of New Construction Work for the year of 2018.
Two of our most notable recently added projects are:
Griffis at Lowry – Project total $73,000. Duration 60 days.
Phase One: Install ten DK telephone/guest entry systems at five buildings, ten doors with a resident fob reader at each door. Program access groups for each building allowing all residents, USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. to have access to bld. 9 for mail/packages. Install a A/C reader and strike at fitness center.
Phase Two: Install and set up wireless network for eight additional access control doors at resident buildings and pool.
Capstone at Vallagio – Project total $70,000. Duration 21 days.
Phase One: Install and set up property wireless network between four buildings and the club house for all systems to communication back to one central location.
Phase Two: Install cameras at all four garage doors to view incoming and outgoing vehicles and remote viewing from leasing office.
Phase Three: Install wireless A/C doors at eight stairwell door entrances for convenient resident entrance. All doors programmable from remote leasing office location.
